Highlights
This release makes the Account Profile a place where investigations end in action: moderators can now bulk-action an account's reported content without leaving the profile. It also gives T&S teams finer control over detection rules with new negated operators, sharpens the Rule Testing experience, and brings appeal communications into the account timeline.
New Features
- Moderate cases directly from the Account Profile: The account profile is no longer read-only. A new "Moderate cases" mode turns an account's reported content into a selection surface with the same bulk-action controls used in the queue, so once an investigation concludes, moderators can enforce on all of that account's content in one place — no need to jump back to the queue to re-find the cases.
- New rule operators: "does not equal" and "does not contain": Rule conditions on custom attributes now support negated matching, making it straightforward to build rules that exclude a specific value or a list of values (for example, content that is not in a given set of languages). This gives T&S teams finer control when configuring detection rules.
Improvements
- Clearer Rule Testing experience: The Rule Testing interface received a round of refinements — consistent terminology throughout and a clearer colour hierarchy across results, outcomes, and metrics — making it easier to read what a rule would have done before applying it.
- Consistent policy and action labels across the console: Policy and action labels are now standardised across the moderation console, list view, and report list, so the same policy or action looks the same everywhere it appears.
- Appeal communications in the account communications log: Appeal outcomes and related exchanges now appear in the account-level communications log, labelled as appeal-triggered and linked back to the case whose decision was appealed. Compliance and T&S leads get the full appeal conversation alongside the original Statement of Reasons, in one timeline.
Bug Fixes
- Account View pagination and bulk actions corrected: The account view now shows one card per piece of content, fixing inflated counts and pagination, and preventing a bulk decision from being applied more than once to the same content.
- Decision state now reflected immediately in the list: Marking content as no policy violation after applying a workflow action is now correctly reflected in the case list.
- Reports and appeals dashboards auto-refresh: Queue counts on the reports and appeals dashboards now update in real time as items are completed, without a manual page refresh.
