users & teams are managed from settings > user management use it to view users, assign roles, set team membership, and control access across your nima workspace users the users list shows full name the user’s display name role the user’s assigned role last login shows “never logged in” until first sign‑in admins can add users, edit their details, adjust roles, and assign teams add a user in users, click add new to open the add user form enter first name , last name , and email select a role from the role selector (supports custom roles) assign teams (e g , select default usergroup if applicable) fill additional information area of expertise, timezone, language, department click add user the user appears in the list; last login stays “never logged in” until they sign in the welcome email directs new users to set their password using the "forgot password" flow new users should navigate to the nima login page click "forgot password" enter their email address follow the password reset email to set their password log in with their new password teams this page lets you organize users into teams for group based access and responsibilities it shows a teams table with team name and members , an action to add or edit teams, and pagination a roles panel is visible alongside, listing available roles and an option to create new ones how to add a team in teams, click add new to open the add team form enter a team name add initial members by selecting existing users save and the team appears in the teams list with its member count how to edit a team open the edit team form from the teams list update the team name in the name field review current members and use add new members to include more users select edit team to save changes moderation teams are assigned to moderation queues in their docid\ azsiick6eehflzwytql v roles the roles list shows all available roles and lets admins create and customize them add a role in roles, click add new role to open the form enter the role name configure permissions to grant access to the different nima pages and features
