release date august 4, 2026 highlights this release introduces nima's first pre publication moderation gate, letting platforms hold content back until it's been cleared rather than removing it after the fact, and adds iwf keyword based rule matching as a new automated detection signal it also brings a round of workflow and usability improvements — a sticky action toolbar, a rerouting confirmation prompt, and a streamlined dsa action configuration screen — alongside fixes for appeal messaging, report age display, video timeline markers, and qc permissions new features pre publication moderation gate nima can now notify your platform via webhook the moment a piece of content is cleared (classified green, with no infringing content found), instead of only flagging problems after the fact your platform can hold publication until it receives that signal, turning moderation into a true pre publication gate rather than a reactive "publish then pull down" model this capability is available on a per contract basis, so it can be turned on for the platforms and content types where it fits, and it's built to keep pace with high volume, real time content flows without adding latency to the moderation pipeline improvements rerouting confirmation prompt when rerouting a case to a different queue, moderators are now asked whether they want to move on to the next case or stay to action the current one right away — closing a gap where a rerouted case had no way to be actioned immediately clickable links in appeal messages links shared inside "request for information" and appeal messages are now clickable, so users and moderators no longer need to copy and paste a url to open it sticky action toolbar the bulk action and policy toolbar in the case queue list now stays fixed at the top of the screen while scrolling, making it easier to apply actions and policies across multiple cases without scrolling back up each time streamlined action configuration the dsa category setting has been removed from the individual action configuration screen all dsa related configuration now lives exclusively on the dedicated dsa configuration page, giving teams one consistent place to manage it clearer empty queue state the overview page now shows a clear "no cases to moderate – all your queues are empty" message when there's nothing left to review smarter report age display report age is no longer shown as a running "days and hours ago" counter once a report is more than 48 hours old — older reports now show the actual submission date and time instead bug fixes action headers preserved on update fixed an issue where updating an action's dsa decision type could silently wipe out its existing custom headers line breaks preserved in appeal messages fixed an issue where line breaks in "reason for appeal" messages were lost, causing multi paragraph messages to display as one run on block of text video timeline markers render correctly fixed an issue where marker indicators were not rendering on the video timeline qc permissions apply correctly fixed an issue where quality control granular permissions assigned manually to a role didn't correctly propagate to users, which could block access to qc queues and rules password reset screen display fix fixed a display issue on the update password screen where the "sign out from other devices" checkbox overlapped its label text email template validation added validation to prevent misconfigured email templates from being saved overview / analytics metrics aligned fixed a data discrepancy between the overview page and the analytics page, where the same metric could show different values because the two pages calculated over different time windows
