the cases inflow & management tab provides a granular view of how content enters nima and how effectively it is being triaged by using the date and label filters, you can track specific content types over time to identify emerging volume trends or shifts in detection accuracy what you can find detection understand where content originates, whether from proactive detection, user reports, or other sources tracking these trends over time allows you to identify spikes in detection and reporting sources this section also helps monitor the "precision rate" of your detection & moderation by viewing accuracy both as a high level scalar and a trend over time, you can verify if your detection is improving or if specific detection sources require rule recalibration to reduce false positives labels and classification gain a clear picture of the type of content (images, videos, etc ) and the labels (e g , spam, hate speech) flowing through nima sankey mappings and area charts help you visualize how different content formats are handled by proactive vs reactive detection, revealing gaps in your automated coverage this section also tracks how cases are distributed across moderation queues cascaded reports highlights cascade efficiency, showing you how many duplicate reports are being automatically closed, a key metric for reducing "noise" and preventing you from reviewing the same viral content multiple times
