this release delivers a major overhaul of the search experience on the reports page, making it significantly faster and more intuitive appeal decisions are now visible directly in the flag list and flag detail views, giving moderators full context at a glance the nima agent also receives several usability improvements, including scheduled run visibility and enhanced audit logging new features faster, redesigned report search the search experience on the reports page has been completely rebuilt for speed and usability queries by content id, report id, or other values now return results in seconds instead of over a minute the search bar has moved from the global header into the reports list toolbar, making it contextually scoped to the reports screen the previous entity dropdown has been replaced with a streamlined search input that supports searching by content id, reporter, and reported account directly from the toolbar, along with an advanced search option for filtering by reporter id, reported account id, email addresses, and custom attributes appeals enhancements appeal decision visibility when an appeal reviewer overturns or modifies a moderation decision, the updated outcome is now displayed directly in both the report list and the moderation console moderators can immediately see the final disposition of a report — including an "appealed" badge with a tooltip showing the initial decision — without navigating to the appeal history policy selection on appeal after ignore when an appeal is filed against an "ignore" decision, the appeal reviewer is now presented with a dedicated pop up to select the applicable policy this ensures that all appeal outcomes are properly categorized with a policy reference agent enhancements agent execution logs agents now record detailed execution logs for every run a dedicated log viewer is accessible directly from the agent interface, showing a complete breakdown of what the agent processed and what actions were taken this gives teams full transparency into automated moderation activity without needing to rely on external tooling next scheduled run display the agent configuration page now shows the next scheduled execution time, making it easy to see when automated moderation tasks will next run configuration audit logging all changes made to agent configurations are now recorded in the audit logs, providing a complete history of who modified settings and when simplified configuration the batch size setting has been removed from the agent configuration the system now handles batching automatically other new features enforcement portal raw text display the enforcement portal now displays the raw text content of reported content this gives users of platforms direct access to the original content without needing to navigate to the source platform queue name parameter support client configuration urls can now reference the corresponding moderation queue name as a dynamic parameter this enables more flexible integrations where the queue context needs to be passed through to external systems user account management administrators can now clean user accounts directly from the platform this includes the ability to delete user accounts and edit user account details, giving admins full control over user lifecycle management improvements user report form — url validation the user report form now validates that the submitted url includes at least one query parameter before allowing a report to be submitted if the url is missing parameters, users see a clear error message prompting them to correct the url this prevents incomplete or invalid reports from reaching the moderation queue appeal file upload — increased size limit the maximum file size allowed when submitting an appeal has been increased, enabling users to attach larger supporting evidence to their appeal submissions appeal webhook — initial policy included the webhook payload sent when an appeal is processed now includes the policy that was originally applied when the content was moderated this gives receiving systems full context on the enforcement decision that triggered the appeal, without needing to make additional lookups reports list — filter by action taken a new filter has been added to the reports list allowing moderators to filter cases by the action taken following a policy decision options include regular moderation actions, revert actions, workflow actions, and "no policy violation" the filter can be combined with existing filters and toggled via the customize filters panel reporter abuse detection — available in updated ui the abuse detection configuration is now accessible in the updated interface from settings it excludes ai proactive detection activity from reporter abuse calculations, ensuring only human reporter behaviour is evaluated appeals reroute instant action refresh when an appeal is rerouted to a different queue, the available moderation actions update immediately in the appeals list without requiring a page refresh moderators always see the actions assigned to the newly assigned queue notification templates — parent policy name variable a new variable, `{{ appealpolicy parent name }}` , is now available in notification templates when a sub policy is applied to an appeal, this variable returns the name of the parent policy, enabling more precise and informative user facing notifications minor improvements emails triggered by automated moderation events now use the custom subject line configured in nima's notification templates, rather than a default value fixed the "clear filters" button on the reports page sending duplicate requests renamed the "case id" column to "report id" in the report list fixed cascade notification emails using the same reporter details for all recipients instead of personalizing each one fixed domain validation failing when a domain appeared in both the trusted flagger and lea lists added server side validation for trusted flagger and lea channel submissions fixed the strike link on the actions page not navigating to the associated strike the appeal message field is now correctly marked as mandatory in the appeal form fixed policy link navigation in the per policy view tab of the rules screen fixed layout issues in the appeal dashboard when the "reason for appeal" text is long fixed a statement of reasons issue where a full stop after a variable would insert a space and display the variable name instead of its value
