this release focuses on improving the moderation experience with better contextual information at a glance, a new in console policy reference tool, and enhanced appeals visibility several bug fixes address reliability issues in ai score display, agent workflows, and email template variables new features policy guidelines drawer moderators can now access a right side drawer directly in the moderation console that displays all platform policies and their descriptions this allows moderators to reference policy details without navigating away from an active case, reducing context switching and supporting more consistent decision making pending appeals badge the appeals tab now displays a badge showing the count of pending appeals awaiting review moderators and team leads can see at a glance whether appeals require attention without having to open the tab first unread rfi response indicator when a reporter responds to a request for information, an icon now appears in both the report list and report detail views to indicate there is an unread message this ensures moderators do not miss incoming responses that require follow up action webhook alias field action webhooks now include an alias field that displays a user friendly action name on the enforcement portal the alias defaults to the action name and can be customized, making it easier for end users tounderstand which action was applied to their content report age display in moderation console the moderation console now shows how long ago a report was created in a human readable format (e g , "2 days 5 hours ago") this helps moderators prioritize cases based on how long they have been waiting without needing to calculate time manually improvements revert action — previous decision context when a moderation decision is reverted, the action taken section now includes a toggle to reveal the previous action, policy, and sub policy that was overridden this gives moderators and reviewers full context on what changed and why parent policy name variable in templates a new template variable {{ appealpolicy parent name }} is now available in notification and statement of reasons templates when a sub policy is applied in an appeal, this variable returns thename of the parent policy, enabling more precise and informative communications minor improvements ai score display showing "invalid value" ai detection probability scores now correctly display as numeric values (e g , 0%) in the report detail panel scores were previously shown as "invalid value" when a model returned a 0% probability agent conflict with abuse detection resolved an issue where agents applying ignore actions would conflict with the abuse detection system, causing multiple actions to be applied to the same case moderation decisions are now applied correctly without duplication flag content id variable returning wrong id the flag content id variable in email templates now correctly returns the content id it was previously returning the flag id, which could cause incorrect references in outbound communications duplicate action failure details button fixed a display issue in the flag modal where the action failure details button appeared twice bulk action permission in new environments resolved a configuration issue where bulk action permissions were not correctly applied in newly provisioned environments, preventing moderators from performing bulk actions
