**Release Date:** 30 September 2026

## Highlights

v3.7 makes rules more flexible: they can now match custom attributes that hold several values, and can use the same label or list attribute in more than one condition. Moderators get more context in queue views, with reportee email and content title shown by default. DSA Transparency Report exports now follow the official Annex I template more closely.

## New Features

- **Multi-value matching in rules**: Custom attributes that arrive as a list of values (for example, several content categories) can now be matched with the `contains` operator. A rule passes when at least one value in the list falls within the range you set. Teams can route and prioritise content based on detailed metadata from their own systems or AI models, without flattening it into a single value first.
- **Repeat criteria in rule conditions**: A single rule can now use Labels and list-type custom attributes in more than one condition, such as "labels contain misrepresentation AND labels do not contain spam". You can write precise include/exclude logic in one rule instead of spreading it across several.
- **EU DSA Transparency Report exporter fully aligned with the Annex I template**: The DSA Transparency Report export now includes all 11 tabs of the official template, so you can use the exact file generated by Nima to enrich it with all the qualitative data not populated automatically by Nima.

## Improvements

- **Clearer violation rate for reported accounts**: The Moderation Console now shows reported-account metrics the same way as the Account View, with pending reports visible next to the violation rate. It's easier to see why a rate looks high when only some reports have been reviewed.
- **Readable policy guidelines inside cases**: Policy guidelines opened from inside a case now keep their formatting with line breaks, bold, italics, so moderators can read and apply them quickly at the moment of decision.
- **More context in list and grid views**: The reported account's email is now a standard field in both list and grid views, and list view now shows the content title, matching grid view. Moderators can see what each case is about and cross-reference accounts at a glance, without opening every case.
- **Custom attribute validation on ingestion**: Nima now checks custom attributes on incoming reports. A malformed or unrecognised attribute is rejected with a clear error saying which attribute failed and why. Integration problems show up straight away instead of quietly affecting routing.
- **Upgraded image moderation with Bodyguard**: The Bodyguard integration now uses Bodyguard's latest image moderation API, which gives better performance and more accurate results for image content.
- **CyberTipline file visibility**: Files attached to CyberTipline reports are now marked as viewed and publicly available, so NCMEC reviewers can also see the content.

## Bug Fixes

- **No-violation decisions reflected in the case list**: Choosing "No policy violation" after applying a workflow action now updates the case list straight away.
- **Easier reading of long rule values**: Long values in the rule builder now show their full text on hover, so you can always check what's configured.
