### Set up an analytics-only role

For team members who need to follow moderation activity without reviewing content (for example, stakeholders or analysts):

1. Create a new role, for example **Analytics**.
2. Tick **Moderation Analytics**, plus **Transparency Reporting** and **Admin Analytics** if they need them.
3. Leave all other permissions unticked, especially **Pending Reports**, **Processed Reports**, **Pending Appeals**, **Processed Appeals**, **Bulk Actions**, and **Settings**.
4. Assign the role to the relevant users.
